3. Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Submitting an inquiry through our website does not guarantee a booking. A booking is only confirmed upon: • Written confirmation from Terrasse de Monte-Carlo • Receipt of the required deposit • Signed event agreement
4. Payments
Payment terms will be specified in your event agreement. Generally: • A deposit is required to secure your booking • Final payment is due prior to your event date • All prices are quoted in Euros (€) • Additional services or overtime may incur extra charges
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation terms will be specified in your event agreement. Generally: • Cancellations made 60+ days before the event may receive a partial refund • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may forfeit the deposit • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur fees • Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis
6. Limitation of Liability
Terrasse de Monte-Carlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our venue or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
7. Property Rules
Guests must respect the property and follow all venue rules, including: • No smoking inside enclosed areas • Noise must comply with local regulations • Any damage to the property will be charged to the client • Maximum capacity limits must be observed • External vendors must be pre-approved
8. Intellectual Property
